At CarNeckPillows.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our car neck pillows and back support cushions. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free refund policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

Non-Refundable Items

• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
• Products not in their original condition or packaging.
• Products returned more than 14 days after the purchase date.
• Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at carneckpillows@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Ship the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at carneckpillows@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at carneckpillows@gmail.com.
